A Visionary Destination Nearing Completion
Limassol Greens Set for 2025 Handovers as the €400 million development moves into its most exciting phase. Property handovers will begin in May, marking a major step toward full completion.
CEO Demos Panayiotou described the project as “a fully integrated and sustainable destination.” It blends luxury living, advanced technology, and natural beauty — all within minutes of Limassol’s city center.
Construction began in 2021 and has progressed steadily. The internal road network is already complete. In May, 22 villas with three to five bedrooms will be delivered. A month later, 52 apartments in the Robin East and West buildings will follow.
Golf Course Powered by Trackman Tech
One of the project’s standout features is an 18-hole golf course — the first of its kind within Limassol’s urban area. Designed by architect Cabell Robinson, the course spans over 6,300 metres and is nearly ready.
To enhance the experience, the course will feature Trackman technology. This advanced system provides real-time ball tracking, precision analysis, and interactive games. It’s not just for pros — families and corporate groups can enjoy it too.
The 320-metre driving range includes 15 bays. Each bay has a 21-inch touchscreen and mobile app access for instant feedback. These tools transform golf into both a sport and a form of entertainment.

Next Phase: Residences and Lifestyle Hub
After the initial handovers, development will continue with The Starlings. This gated apartment complex includes 142 units with two or three bedrooms. Each home offers modern design, quality finishes, and panoramic views of Akrotiri Salt Lake and the Asomatos eucalyptus forest.
At the same time, work will begin on a commercial area. This zone will feature a Wellness Center & Spa, cafés, restaurants, shops, and play areas for children. The goal is to create a seamless lifestyle that merges comfort, convenience, and design.

Smart Living Meets Sustainability
Technology is at the core of Limassol Greens. Every home will include smart energy management systems. Additionally, artificial intelligence will support operations and service delivery, making daily life easier for residents.
Sustainability also plays a central role. The development uses renewable energy, recycled water for irrigation, and circular waste systems. It also supports biodiversity with dedicated green areas and eco-conscious landscaping.
Seventy percent of the land is reserved for parks, lakes, and open spaces. This balance between development and nature creates a tranquil, healthy environment.
Shaping a New Standard for Cyprus
“Limassol Greens Set for 2025 Handovers is more than just a development,” said Panayiotou. “We are creating a lifestyle destination that brings together quality, sustainability, and international appeal.”
The project enjoys a prime location — right next to Europe’s largest casino resort and just a short drive from Limassol’s city center.
Lanitis Golf Public Co Ltd is leading the project, with design contributions from HKS London, J+A Philippou Architects, Stamataris Architect, and Armeftis Partners. Construction is carried out by Cybarco Contracting, Atlas Pantou, Multipro, and Zemco.
